I haven't be rewarded for a year

Discus and support I haven't be rewarded for a year in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I brought loads of games off the store and pre ordered games and add ons and membership and I still haven't been rewarded for it please can someone fix...     I brought loads of games off the store and pre ordered games and add ons and membership and I still haven't been rewarded for it please can someone fix this please I need the points reversed back

    Solitaire Collection for W10 not tracking progress for Marathon and Gimme 5! achievements

    I'm still having issues, i know this was a year ago. I have done 1 of 5 challenges for each day and i haven't been rewarded the achievement. Am i supposed to do all 5 for each day? If not, then this is still an issue.

    Hi.

    I received a notification about my birthday reward. I was rewarded with a great amount of gems which I have already ordered, but I haven't received yet. Looking through my rewards history it also happened last year.

    Can we do something about it? Thanks!

    In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need
    at least 1 star level. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Pre-orders will only earn credits if they are eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time that you make the preorder.

    Unfortunately, we have not yet received a resolution for your deposit error from the team working on that issue. While they have made recent progress, they have not yet been able to deploy a full resolution for this issue. In the meanwhile, we are researching
    alternative methods we can take with the tools available to us, but until this other team provides their fix, the error will persist on your account. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this issue is causing.

    I don't think it will ever be free or be taken away, it would be nice if it was cheaper but it is very affordable for me to do for a year. I take advantage of every opportunity I get for rewards such as Bing rewards. I use it a lot for school and have
    used the rewards for years of Live, so I haven't had to pay for over 2 years.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
    to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Unfortunately, we have still not received a resolution from our other team tasked with resolving this issue. I cannot see any past posts for this gamertag, so I'm not sure of how up to date you are with the error, so I may repeat some information you already
    know. Currently your deposit cannot complete due to an error with how our database is sending information. What is occurring is that your billable account information is being sent without one of your billable accounts being tagged as the intended account
    for the deposit. When our deposit process accesses your information and does not receive instructions on where the deposit is intended to be placed, it aborts rather than deposit into an unspecified account. This is also what is causing our system to ask you
    to verify your information. Since your billable account information is being reported as blank to our deposit process, it assumes that is because the user has not input this information. To be clear, this is not due to your input and is most likely due to
    this error. Since this is a issue with the database, we cannot resolve this problem with our support tools and must rely on a more specialized team to provide assistance. As mentioned, at this time we have not yet received their solution for this issue. In
    the meanwhile, we will continue to attempt a deposit into your account in the hopes that it successfully forces a deposit. Apologies for the inconvenience that this error is causing.
