unable to withdraw rewards points

Good Afternoon Support ,

I currently have 6,496 Credits in my rewards account with another 15,000 pending (due to trading in Gems) as per below - there is no option to withdraw these , but could please ensure that these 21,496 credits are deposited into my account by the end of
the month as I am planning to pre-order a game and this will help towards the cost. Thanks in advance.

xbox rewards wont deposit

on 8/03 my rewards credit balance turned 5500. it did deposited to my xbox live account by 15th.

on 19/03 via VIp Vault i redemmed another 5000 reward credit, its still wont show up in reward balance and still those 5500 credits havent been deposited.

Hi Souldevilsteam. Since your Credits were awarded on March 19th, an automatic deposit is scheduled for you for April 12th.

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

You've kind of combined two different things. Did you use Microsoft Rewards points for an Xbox gift card or did you redeem gems from the Xbox Rewards program for rewards credits?

If the refund is showing on http://commerce.microsoft.com, that means you had that currency added to your account.

Those are for gems which are not the same as rewards credits.

So what are the gems? As in the email it states that they will be transferred across to microsoft reward credits. I thought it had some affect on the rewards I recieve?

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.
