    Title. I have been getting tossed back and forth between Xbox Support and the Rewards team on who is supposed to give me my $10 code.

    That's just a few of the topics on reddit and more and more people keep asking about it...so clearly it isn't just me and there is an issue here.

    I have not received any codes for my $50+ in purchases (before tax) and my Microsoft balance has not shown any changes or any redemptions of codes outside of stuff I have personally redeemed outside of this promotion through gift card purchases and Microsoft
    rewards redemptions. I was told by my latest support person that Accounts and Billings can't handle this issue any longer and they believe the Rewards team can't help either, so now it is up to the Sales and Promotions team I was directed at to figure this
    out.

    I'm just an essential worker during the Covid crisis that has been trying day after day to keep my spirits lifted every time I start my shift as an EMT. I understand that things are a mess now and that I am sure lots of people at Microsoft have been under
    a load of stress and inconvenience during this ordeal. I'm not in a rush to get this sorted but it would be very nice if I stopped getting passed around for no discernable reason outside of "it must be somebody else's problem."
