I understand that you are experiencing issues with logging into your Xbox Series X.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please power cycle your Xbox Series X by turning off the console by holding the Xbox button for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.

Wait at least 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn the console back on.

And then clear alternate MAC address because a network configuration issues can interfere with account setup. To do this, go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Select Alternate MAC Address > Clear.

Restart your console and try signing in again.

Next is test your network connection. Go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Test Network Connection. If the test fails, please restart your router.

Then re-sync your Microsoft account. Kindly log into your Microsoft account via the Xbox website https://xbox.com and https://account.microsoft.com to ensure it’s active and functioning. Confirm your account credentials are correct and that your account hasn’t been locked or disabled. Sign into your Xbox Series X again.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, please reset your network settings by going to Settings > General > Network Settings.

Select Go Offline, then reconnect to your network after restarting your console.

I did a full reset and now i cant load things and now mt system diesnt restart or fully shut off 😂 great and no im not sending it in and waiting weeks to get something repaired when they told me to do this thats stupid maybe microsoft should have better
wuality systems im going back to playstation this was the biggest waste of 300 dollars did not even last a full 2 months

I “apparently need repair” after factory ressetting my console like they told me to do now its basically rendered useless and i just got this thing 😂 nothing will load it gives me errors everytine i try ti start an app it takes firever to turn off the
