    Hello, sorry for my bad english i am not english and it will maybe be hard to explain. So my problem is that i have actually an xbox live account with gold that run out in december so i still have gold for 7 month 2 days ago i was
    playing multiplayer and disconnected to play the day after this and at this moment i couldnt play multiplayer with the xbox saying that i dont have a GOLD account ( but i do) so i tried the multiplayer of 6 different games but none worked. And ight after this
    even in the menu of the xbox its saying me to go get a gold account for games etc. To solve this problem i already tried different methods like connect the day after this, restart the xbox,check account, check if i still had gold,looked every parameters,checked
    that multiplayer access was on , i uninstalled my account from the xbox and reinstalled it nothing worked but on the website of microsoft and on my account its said that i still have the subscription please someone help me i cant play any multiplayer games
    for 3 days now

    So i tried to play wwe 15 online and my cloud wouldn't sync. when i tried to join a party to ask my friend for help it said that dont have gold. the website says i have it, and its good until october. any help?

    It's a glitch in the system and happens to me as well. I just press the guide button and click on Connect to Live to reconnect and I'm good to go.

    Please go to your Xbox console, and do Settings | System Settings | Storage

    Move over the Hard Drive or Memory Unit and press the yellow (Y) button then choose Clear System Cache then Yes.

    Back up once with the red (B) button then choose the Hard Drive (or if you don't have a hard drive, the Memory Unit).

    Go to the Games and Apps folder and select the Netflix app.

    Select a file in there and delete it. Repeat until all are deleted.

    Tap on the silver Guide button then press the yellow (Y) button to return to the Home Page.

    Reinstall Netflix, and you should be Golden (pardon the pun).

    If not, please let us know!
