    I have xbox live gold but it wont let me play online by myself


    I have xbox live gold and when i go to play online with someone else playing on the same system im fine and can play online. when its just me i can go on netflix, hulu, youtube, and other apps but i cant play online and it says i dont have xbox live even
    though i still have a week or so left on my xbox live. anyone have any idea why its doing this?

    Me too I renewed it 2 months ago and it will not let me play online and I even put in a Xbox live trial code and said ' you already have an Xbox live gold membership' and still would not let me play online???
