I have Xbox Live Gold but I can't play any multiplayer feature

I have a one month xbox live gold trial but I can't play any multiplayer feature of any game, it gives me a box that says "your profile does not have the correct permission to access this feature. It's been over 3 days since i got the trial and yet can't
play up to this day. How can this be fix.

I live in Eastern Europe Romania and xbox one doesn't support their gold live feature in my country so I can't play multiplayer games at all or have acess to any Gold feature,Game Pass,Xbox 360,EA and etc. Now im sorry I got this console so I'm better off
selling it and not get any console cause of their gold and plus feature that got so many to offer but they wont provide it cause of where I live. Goodbye Xbox One!

 

Can't play online but have all the necessary access

I can't play any multiplayer game, I get a message saying that I don't have the proper rights, but I have a active xbox live gold subscription and have enabled multiplayer on my settings

 

It may be privacy settings go to settings - account - privacy and online safety - xbox live privacy - custom - view details & customise - communication & multiplayer - you can join multiplayer games - allow

if you are using the same account here in the forums as you do on the console, then at this moment your account shows as Silver (So not as Gold)

Please check account.microsoft.com/services to see what subscription is shown and if there are possibly payment issues that might cause an issue like this.

If you can't find anything wrong it is best to contact official Xbox Support (Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) via
support.xbox.com/contact-us so they can take a more indepth look into the issue

 

I have tried everything that it is suggested on the forums but nothing worked, as for the subscription to Gold it shows as active on the site but no elsewhere. And as for contacting support, I can't chat withe them because the boxes where my name and last
name should be are grey out and I can insert my name to move past that page to chat with a representative.

If you haven't yet, you'll want to double check that you have a billing address listed in your
Microsoft Commerce account. You don't need to have a credit card listed, just an appropriate and accurate address.That should make it so you can use the chat feature. Alternatively, you can reach
out to
phone support directly for account issues as well.
