    I have Xbox Live gold but I cannot play online


    I have recently bought a new xbox one s, got it up and working. After a few days I decided to buy gold on the store since it was only $1 for a month, I bought it and now it isn’t working, I have access to all the Xbox gold monthly free games but I cannot
    play online, every game that I try to play online on comes up with a pop up that says “Get more with gold” even though I already have gold, please help.

    Sometimes restarting your Xbox could fix this. Do this by pressing the xbox button, go to settings, press restart.

    i just bought a new xbox series x today for the sole purpose that i heard the old cod games servers where back working but i had to make a new account and it won’t let me play mw2 online

    To play online multiplayer you need an Xbox Live Gold subscription. If you don't have that, then you cannot play online.
