    I have xbox live gold but games say i don't.


    three days ago i purchased a three months gold prepaid card and redeemed it, and the first day i was able to play. But ever since yesterday when i try to play online any game it sends me to a "buy Xbox live gold screen" if i click cancel the games tell
    me i don't have access to the service.... In my account it say i still have three months of gold and i actually have access to other benefits from it but not playing online.

    I need help I purchased a prepaid Xbox live gold card and it was working for a few days but now the Xbox says I need to buy a new one. The card I bought was a year's subscription.

    Double check account.microsoft.com to be sure your subscription is still active. If so try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, then re-adding the account.

    Hi there,

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
