    Hello,

    I can‘t play online no more since a few days despite I have gold membership.

    I‘ve been waiting for support chat 40minutes today but nothing happened. Tried again, waited 20minutes - nothing happened. Requested support phone call. It said „will call in 5minutes“ - waited 20 minutes, then a woman picked up the phone and said she couldn‘t
    hear me speaking and 10 seconds after she picked up the phone she hang up the phone. I‘m a little bit pissed now because it seems like nobody wants to deal with my problem. I hope someone here will take care of it...

    None of my online games work

    when I try and play any games that require Xbox live it instantly disconnects me but I can still talk to friends on party even though i can’t use any online features in any of my games

    Need help

    so I redeemed my Xbox live as usual and when I came to redeem it said I got it but I can’t actually use it, it keeps coming up with get more with gold but I’m able to get the games that’s are free with gold but can’t join party’s or play online

    Help would be very appreciatedI have xbox live gold but can’t use my online feature :)

    For the Xbox 360, there are no sharing features for Xbox Live Gold. Each account will need Gold to go online with the Xbox 360.

    It is, however, possible for the both of you to play online (with one paid gold subscription) in "split-screen mode" offered in some games, but only on the same Xbox. One player would need to sign into the Gold-enabled account, and the other would have to
    sign into a temporary "Guest" account. You will not be able to go online if one of the signed-in players have "Free" status (non-Gold).

    The reverse is true for the Xbox One, though, as it offers plenty of
    Gold-sharing features.

    It is just my sons and I. We are all on the Microsoft family together. We have never had a gold membership. My living room Xbox still allows all 3 of us to play online games (Fortnite, vanguard, halo, etc.). My basement Xbox won’t allow us to play anything online without purchasing a game pass or gold membership. Once we decline to buy it says our profile can’t play online
