    I have xbox live gold but cant play online


    i have xbox live gold membership but i cant play online

    Tried to remove account then adding again, unplug then replug power and all failed

    Cant contact support via chat or call because names field blocked all the time

    I have xbox live gold but cant play online [​IMG]

    Hey Ahmed -

    In order to use the chat services, make sure that you have an updated and correct billing address on your
    Microsoft Commerce account. Once that's all updated, you should be able to fill in the boxes on chat just fine.

    Now, as far as your Xbox Live troubles go - Are you receiving a specific error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide us with? Or what, exactly, happens when you try to launch an Xbox Live enabled game?

    More info will help us better troubleshoot so keep us posted!
