I have Xbox Live Gold but can’t play online game. How do I fix this?

I have unplugged and plugged back in my router. I have rest my xbox several times. Ive tried everything, but its not working. The only online game thats been able to work fir me was a minecraft game that i hosted and it was very buggy. I cant join any
online games otherwise

Thanks for reaching out to he Forums for advice on how to get back on track with your games. I can totally understand how this could be pretty confusing a problem to run into, especially if re-adding the account didn't do the trick. I suggest making sure
that your profile has the subscription in it's
order history. If it doesn't you might be using the wrong account, but if it does, I would say then it's best to contact

customer support.

When you get the chance, try that out and let us know if that helped.

try to remove your Microsoft account (Gamertag) and add it to your Xbox One again.
