This often happens if you installed the game through Gamepass and has not been purchased from your account.

The first thing you will want to check is that you are in fact logged into the actual account that was used to purchase the game. (physical copies will not carry a digital license as well)

Now, the good news is, Microsoft provides all of their players with a fully detailed list of purchases that have been made through the lifespan of the account. At no time will our purchase history be altered and at no time will purchases be removed.

Can you please let me know what the status of your purchase shows up as?

Hi, I am also dealing with this same problem. My order history says “Prepaid Xbox Live Gold 12 Month, Redeemed, 4/22/23”.

I bought live gold and I want yo play fifa 24 and seige but says you need yo buy the game first. So I installed the 9mb one and now is still says the same thing

Happening to me also with rainbow six seige and i have it update and i have 150gb

Because rainbow six seige is an online only game as it's an PvP shooter game you need gold or ultimate to play

It's.not a campaign PvE game
