    i renewed my xbox live but when i try play online it says buy gold online with us but i already have live gold no games work now

    xbox live gold prepaid card is not working

    hey can someone help me i bought a prepaid Xbox live gold card and i put it in but it says i have it but when i go to play online or make/join a party it says i need to buy Xbox live gold again.

    Not letting me in a party.

    When I try and join, or invite someone to a party, it says "There might be an outage in our online server." And when I try and load up a game it says I have no xbox live what is going on and tell me how to fix it please.
    Oh and I forgot to mention I had just put in a new Xbox live subscription

    Why is my xbox live not working?

    Im trying to play on Xbox One S and when i try and go into online games that are free, they work. But titles that cost money such as GTA, Madden, 2k, etc are not letting me go online because i don't have Xbox Live. Yet i payed for xbox live monthly. So when i get on GTA online it tells me i can't join because i dont have Live.
