    Hi, I'm trying to download BL2 from "games with gold", but even though it is free and I have a billing account, it keeps asking me for a billing account. When I try to set it through the console, it only accepts billing addresses in the US. but I'm from
    Brasil. What do I do?

    New XBOX Gold Membership Won't Let me Access Games for Gold

    I just added a Gold XBOX Live subscription to my account. I have been trying to activate Borderlands to my account, but it keeps asking me for a Gold Subscription. I have already paid for a whole year. How long does it take to activate? Seems like it should
    be instant. Every time i check my XBOX live status it says I have a Gold Subscription. Any help would be appreciated!

    GOLD Member, Keep getting asked to "Join Xbox Live Gold"

    I have a 12 month sub to GOLD but every time I sign in online or wherever it keeps asking me to join XBOX LIVE GOLD. It's getting annoying.

    Change the region of your console to brasil, go to settings - system - language and location and change all to brasil (if your are in brasil)

    then, your profile has to be in brasil too, after that, you can acquire the game from website but you will need to add a CC from brasil, add billing info from brasil and try it.

    Or, download your profile in xbox 360 console, acquire the game from the marketplace and it will appears onready to install in xbox one.

    Hi,

    When trying to download Stuntman Ignition (which is on gold this month) it is asking me to sign in and create a billing account, but I have gold membership and my account is active so I don't understand. Is this a related problem?

    Xbox live gold issue.

    I have a similar issue on XBOX One. I purchased an XBOX Live Gold Membership, but on my XBOX One Dashboard, I can't access any Gold features, including free games. I just keeps asking me to "Join Gold". I checked my subscriptions on the XBOX One and online
    under my Microsoft account, and it shows my active XBOX Live Gold subscription. How can I make my XBOX One recognize I have Gold????
