    I have Xbox Game Pass, but I can't use it.


    I recently redeemed a code for a free three month subscription to the Xbox Game Pass for PC, and it does show up under the services and subscriptions on my account. However, I can't use it on the Xbox app for PC. Whenever I click on "play with game pass,"
    it takes me to the "join game pass" page as if I don't have it. Is there any way that I can fix this issue?

    Also, as a side note, please do not reply with anything like "I don't know" or "I'm having the same problem."

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

    Hello, thanks for awnsering.

    My internet is working fine, i have already tried to change my NAT status, i opened the ports in the router configurations, but nothing changes and the status is still Moderated.

    Hi, Lucas, remember that Xbox Game Pass on PC is still on Beta Phase, it could present some errors aside this one.

    Try checking with your internet provider if it's a network problem, also, try to get your NAT status to open to find a server much easily.
