    XBOX Wireless Adapter

    Hi

    I have the older 120gb Xbox and used to connect to live through an ethernet cable but I have recently moved my router next to the main telephone socket in order to get a greater speed. I now need to connect to Xbox Live through a wireless connection.

    My question is would it be better to buy the wireless adapter for my current Xbox or would I receive a better connection by buying the new Xbox with wireless built in?

    The user CLEARLY wrote it's a (Microsoft product the XBOX 360 Wireless) SPEED WHEEL. .

    As far as I know that is the ONLY 'Speed Wheel' for XBOX 360) I ever heard about..

    And I am ALSO angry with MUchoCost (MS) for NOT making the Windows 10 driver for this WIRELESS controller (Xbox 360 Wireless Speed Wheel) compatible like they do for the MS XBOX 360 original wireless controllers, that connect to Windows 10 via the EXCATLY
    SAME WIRELESS ADAPTER for PC, which makes NO SENSE..

    I guess it doesn't matter which one it is if neither can work on my xbox one...

    However, to answer your question, it's a Microsoft Wireless Networking Adapter used on my my xbox 360 for wireless connectivity to my network. I'm not using my 360 anymore so I thought I would use it on my xbox one to boost the signal.

    I have a 900 Mbps per second wireless network, but my xbox one only shows moving at about 80 to 95 Mbps and just thought the 360 adapter might help.

    If you have any suggestions on how to speed up my x-one (other than having a wired connection), I'd be interested in knowing what you think...

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear that the speed wheel for 360 did not come with a disc to download the software but I believe you can still download the software if your console is up to date and connected to Xbox Live.

    This article explains that the easiest way to download the software drivers is by simply being connected to Xbox Live with an internet connection. From there you can put in the batteries and then connect the speed wheel to the console:
