I have Waited 12 Days for Xbox Repair Order [Mod Removed] Shipping label

I am very sorry for your problem, but I believe you need to contact Xbox support to be able to print the shipment, if you have already entered your order it is easier. I didn't get a shipping label to return my Kinect for repair ,I got a order receipt but on label for FedEx

I have placed an order for repair, and have paid for expedited shipping TWICE, and NOT ONCE has a shipping label been available to print. There is no information on where to send my console for repair, just a nice note in my Service Box that my order is
"In Process". Have spent many hours with the online support staff trying to get a shipping label, to no avail. Amazing to think that Microsoft has turned into a garden-variety internet scammer.

The money has now been taken from my account for the repair but I still don't have an address to send it to as the page linking to the shipping label is wrong and only shows a list of information on how to print the label off but the label isn't there? and
I can't go back to it as the page timed out for security purposes leaving me in limbo!

I do also have an issue with a locked email account that LIVE won't unlock for me so if correspondence is going to that I won't get it!

Even if I get a shipping label I'll have a 20 mile round trip to post the parcel! This is ridiculous, can somebody

with official status assist me with this issue please?
