I Have Two Xbox Live Accounts Under One Email

I have two Xbox Live accounts under the same gmail account. I know this because some emails are labeled SilentSniper139 and others are HeavyGunner5905. I know how to get into the SilentSniper139 Live account, but cannot access the
HeavyGunner5905 account. I would like to delete the HeavyGunner5905 without affecting my SilentSniper139 Xbox Live Account. Please help!

This is pretty common. This means that another account was created on a different e-mail as you cannot have two gamertags tied to an e-mail. If you are logged onto a console, you can view your e-mails in the top left corner of your console. This is the easiest
way to test that you're attempting to log into the correct e-mail.

Two Xbox accounts under one email

So I have a main account under an email. I went to a friends house and I was going to download my account on his Xbox one. But somehow it created another account under my email. This causes problems because whenever I signin on the Xbox app on my phone it
signs in on the new account not my main account. The same goes for the Xbox app on my computer. The only way I can delete the dummie account is by deleting the email which would get rid of main account. Please help me

I have the same problem as maredvirus62 I have two xbox live accounts under the same email. one is a free membership and the other is a xbox gold accound so when I sign into the email it only shows the free account. I want it to show me my SquintyPlague55
profile that has xbox live gold. but i can't figure it out what do I do?

I have a xbox ultimate account with BT, and it is registered against gamertag G*****, bt I have a second gamertag e**** . Both have the same email address But I cannot change from e***** to g******* to access my pass. It only logs me into e****. Can you help?

It is not possible to have two xbox live accounts (gamertags) under the same email address.

Your emails might be VERY similar but they can't be exactly the same.

If i were to try and create another xbox live account (gamertag) under my existing email itll tell me i cant because an account already exists under that email.

I have two accounts with identical email addresses and passwords, one of which I use for my Xbox and the other of which I created accidentally, but when I attempt to log into my primary account, it logs into the accidental account, and I'm not sure what to do.

There has to be some sort of slight difference in the emails. Even if its just a very minor difference.

Its not possible to have two different Microsoft/Xbox accounts under the same exact email address.

How else would it know what account to log you into if it allowed you to have two accounts under the same email? It just wouldn't.
