I have two Xbox consoles and i have a game on digital. I have a PROBLEM.

Digitally-owned titles can be found in "My Games & Apps", in the "Ready to Install" list.

Please be aware, that a license for a game purchased with a certain Microsoft account, only allows the account used to purchase it to access the game.

However, Microsoft allows us to share games with other profiles registered on a single console by doing these procedures:

1. Sign in with the account that owns the game license and go to Settings.

2. Then go to General > Personalization and select “Home Xbox”.

3. Press A on “Make this Xbox my home Xbox”, after you confirm the decision you will notice that “Home Xbox” is checked.

Note: The Home Xbox feature can be enabled only in one profile, and on one console for that profile.

Appreciate if you could post up any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far so we don't post up solutions that you have already tried.

If you haven't already, with your console powered off,
safely remove that hard drive. Plug in a
USB drive configured to use with the Xbox 360. Try this as a temporary solution and let us know how that goes.

[Mod Removed] is the old console's serial Number.
