I have two names on my account

I have two names on my account. If you search up my name TSM Kaden#1501 and look under it it says TSM Sthpaw and TSM Sthpaw is the name that gets used for games not TSM kaden my actually account name. Can anyone help me its been like it for months.

I now know one is my classic gamer tag and the another is one that shows in areas that don’t support the new gamer tag system but I would like to know how to get rid of it. Do I have to buy a name change? Like what do I have to do

Support wouldn't change it for you. Changing your tag on a 360 should change your classic tag. or you can try through the website and see if it gives the option (it shows for some people).

Well I don’t really want to change my new gamertag ( TSM Kaden#1501) I want to change the classic one (TSM Sthpaw)

Acording to Xbox, the only way you can customize your gamertag on the older system is to make a paid change:

"If you make a paid change (your first change with the new system is free), you’re given the option to customize how you’re seen in older experiences that can’t show the new format."
