i have two microsoft accounts under one gmail and im not able to access the one with...

I had two gmail addresses, one for me and one for one child. Both gmail addresses had not been associated with a windows live id. I signed up for a windows xbox live account using my gmail first then tried to add my child to xbox live. Neither of the gmail
addresses were already registered with a windows live id initially. This did not work and this is where I hit the locale error.

Live should not be able to tell the age via a gmail account since it should not have access to any of the gmail account, its only association of the email address with a user created password. If live was trying to access the actual email account for age
details then I would expect some sort of notice to pop up to say you need to give the password to the email account and authorise windows live to be able to access your personal details.

Unless of course live has access to email accounts via another method... and that would be a big no no wouldn't it ;-)

Hello khaji could you please provide me with mojang support gmail, im unable to find it, and i have access to the gmail, and using that gmail i already made a new microsoft account, cause they deleted the previous one. so i completely remade all the passwords, and i wont be trusting anyone or anything with my accounts again. If a Microsoft Account has an alias from a outside email provider (e.g. Gmail), and you remove that alias, it won't close the outside account that hosts that email address.

For example, my Microsoft Account has an @gmail.com currently configured as an alias. If I remove that alias, I'll still be able to access my Gmail via Gmail, using my Google Account while I continue to access my @outlook.com addresses via Outlook.com using my Microsoft Account.

Mind you, this is just general advice. If your mum has been using her Microsoft Account and Outlook.com to sync all her mail from Gmail she may not be familiar with Gmail's interfaces (and may not even have all the mail in her Gmail inbox anymore if it was sync'd to Outlook.com and deleted). You should also make sure your mum doesn't use the Microsoft Account to access any other services.

Both accounts are Gmail accounts, and the one registered to my Roblox account at the moment isn't connected to Microsoft at all. Although, my other Gmail account is connected to my Xbox which is linked with said Roblox account but solely to play on the Xbox. The Gmail account that is connected to my Xbox is the main one I've used for everything Microsoft (including the one I'm replying with right now).

I can get into my Gmail accounts with ease, no two-step verification problems there. It's with Roblox specifically.

Yes, I have access to gmail, but at the time minecraft didn't need to have microsoft account, so I had it on gmail (mojang).
