I have two gamertags on the same account

A mais de um mês mudei minha gamertag tbm, mas até hoje no app e para mim aparece o nome antigo, também já não sei oque fazer quanto a isso.

One is gamertag and another is your name that you setup for your Microsoft account.

i think i get what the poster means, i have search for fasroi on the xbox app and the gamertag that appears is voiceable as if that is the account name, its like fasroi is linked somehow to that account, like a nickname or something like that. I havent come
across that before and i would get in touch with xbox support for more assistance on this.

What do you mean "on top it's Voiceable"?

If I search for the Voiceable Gamertag it's not found.

Also, usually it's not technically possible to have two Gamertags on one acccount. Did you by chance rename your Gamertag from Voiceable to Fasroi and two different names appear in different apps?

If so, then this is "normal" behavior for about 48 hours, as Gamertag information is stored on multiple servers across the world, and it can take several days for all servers to "catch up" on your Gamertag change.

If you didn't rename your account, please explain in more details where you sign in, and which accounts show up when and where.

Its been at least a month since i changed it and its weird because if i go to my full profile i see a big THD DireWolf gamertag and a small gamertag and on the xbox app it shows it as THD DireWolf and its very odd. I understand about the
servers on the but i don’t understand the top and bottom gamertags on my profile that i see. Also on the xbox app its shows my gamertag as THD DireWolf so is that because of servers or something else?
