I have two controllers and when i use the xbox menu they both have different colours

Discus and support I have two controllers and when i use the xbox menu they both have different colours in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have two controllers and one is wireless and wired and the blue box wont go away even if i unplug the wired one.     I have two controllers and one is wireless and wired and the blue box wont go away even if i unplug the wired one. Does anyone know what this is?

    accounts are assigned to controllers and accounts have colors that they can customize

    It's just showing you which users in control

    I have tried all USB ports

    Today I have tried two different consoles in two different shops, both XBOX 4 GB slim with a kinect.

    The different consoles have the same problem with these two controllers.

    I have the Microsoft Xbox Controller - Robot White, my friend and brother both have different versions of the Xbox controller, one has a custom made controller that has the same problem. And yes, this only occurs in the menu for my Xbox, same with my friend and brother.
