    i have two bans on my account. one for communication and and other for threat i didnt commence


    I have been banned of xbox till the 27th for apprent abuse and threats WHICH I DIDNT NO COMMENCE. the only thing that has happened is a player killed me in grand theft auto v so i killed them back and said kill me again and i wont stop killing you. if his
    is the reason for my ban this is stupid and the enforcement needs to understand as this was IN GAME not to the person playing plz fix this and unban me

    On oct 3rd I received a communication ban for no apparent reason. Then, 3 days later I received a second ban. This time, apparently I was sending threats and I was harrassing people. My question is how can I harrass and send threats if I cannot speak or
    hear other players ? And no, I did not send threats before I got the communication ban. I Would like to know why have I received a communication ban and whisky did a get a second ban after that.

    (still) Don't know why I'm banned

    Was communication suspended for trash talking. 2 days after that, permanant ban for "harassment and threats". I didn't threaten anyone and couldn't have because of the ban. Now my account and gold subscription are gone without explanation. Anything I can

    I have been communication banned on all my accounts on my console yet I am not console banned

    it said I got communication banned for 2 weeks, so should I wait out the two weeks. I just want to play on my other account.

    Yeah the PS3 threat stopped having any weight to it about three years ago. In short what the other two said, if the "but person x did it not me" excuse was valid then everyone would be able to get out of their bans. Next time put a passcode on your account.

    And, why would MS not be communicating with FROM? How do you report it to FROM? You do it through XBL. And MS does ban people in other games regardless of the threat of going to court. Really, I don't think the threat of going to court is that menacing.
