    I have two accounts under one email and I have no idea how this happened.


    Im trying to sign into my microsoft/Xbox account so I can play sea of thieves but I can only log into the wrong account. I've tried everything but its like I've lost my proper account?

    For an issue like this it would be best if you contact support here:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    It should not be possible to have two Xbox Live accounts are using the same email address and they would know best how to proceed.

    i have two accounts that have the same emails same password but one i use primary and the other i made by accident but when i try to login to my main account it logins to the account made on accident.

    I have two accounts with identical email addresses and passwords, one of which I use for my Xbox and the other of which I created accidentally, but when I attempt to log into my primary account, it logs into the accidental account, and I'm not sure what to do.
    There has to be some sort of slight difference in the emails. Even if its just a very minor difference.

    Its not possible to have two different Microsoft/Xbox accounts under the same exact email address.

    How else would it know what account to log you into if it allowed you to have two accounts under the same email? It just wouldn't.

    Ya this is common try changing the Email and password just like UpliftKnight said it mite me linked account not sure but staff mite me on soon and they mite be able to help you from here if the email and password dont work take care and enjoy your day hope

    I noticed this problem the other day and trying to fix it as well. My Xbox Live via my Xbox is a totally different profile from when I log in via a web browser. I have Xbox Live Gold and and download history and such but via my PC I see nothing but a couple
    of PC games. Same email address and password.
