I currently have two accounts but one email. One of them is MrEpicBlobfish, the “ghost account” i want to get rid of. The account I want to keep is . The tricky part is that they both somehow might have the same password, and i have the
family link feature. I really dont know what to do. I cannot do anything but play the account on the xBox. Otherwise, i cannot log onto the xbox app onto the account i want to keep. On top of that, the account i want to get rid of, MrEpicBlobFish,
is also linked to my family feature. Its as if both accounts are linked.

You can't log into a Gamertag name. Gamertags are always linked to a Microsoft Account email, and one Microsoft Account can only have one Gamertag account.

HOWEVER: If you just recently renamed your "MrEpicBlobfish" to "Brilliant_Miner" (with the Underscore character suggesting you are already using the new Gamertag system), be aware that most games and consoles can't work with the new Gamertag name system
yet.

It is expected that it will take into the early 2020 for newer games and the console to recognize your new Gamertag, if you used the new Gamertag system.

So if you changed your Gamertag name to "Brilliant_Miner" and are 100% sure you do not have two separate Email accounts, then the reason for you seeing your old Gamertag on the console and games is due to the new Gamertag system not fully implemented in
consoles and older games.

You can not have 2 xbox profiles with the same email address because the system will not know which profile to sign into.

What you can do is if you are on the xbox one is sign into your profile there and go into the settings screen and under the account tab go to sign in security and passkey and this will tell what email address is associated with that gamer tag/xbox profile.
This will probably be different than the one for the other account.

If the MrEpicBlobFish is the parent account you would need to contact Xbox support to have this changed.

What do you mean you have two e-mails on your account? If one e-mail is a parental e-mail it cannot be removed, it can only be replaced by another parental e-mail if you wanted.
