    i have two account with the same email


    so one day i was trying to play Minecraft but it said i couldn't and that i needed to login so i did that email and password/code but it said "this account does not exist" so i then try again and again but it wouldnt let me and i got pretty mad not going to lie so i then created a new account with the same email why? because i thought it would said "this email is already in use" but noooo it didnt and now i have an account with the same email and i might know what cause it, it might be my one-drive being outta sync and of course the same thing happen to my one-drive "this account does not exist blah blah" i can't even play minecraft or any other games that needs my main microsoft/xbox account. Any help will do.

    I do agree with WPAK, and after further consultation and research we recommend that you speak with our live support. Due to the complexity of the issue, it’s best to work with them as they have the necessary tools to further diagnose the issue and provide you with a timely resolution.
