I have tried everything and still

I have this problem and its getting to be a bit upsetting I can play on the solo session for hours on end but as soon as I play the regular online I can play at times for 1 or so sometimes for 20 to 45 min or not at all sometimes I get unable to connect
due to a unknown network error sometimes I get unable to find a current session and sometimes I get timed out locating a session also I have been having this problem I finally get to play online not in a sole session and next thing I know I have been logged
out from live can anybody help me with this

Have Tried Everything Possible and Still Have Problems

I am writing this post as a last resort before I go to the store and get a PS4 Pro. Since about two weeks ago, my Xbox One X has been having serious issues. Starting with a saved games error asking me to clear my local saved games, to not being able to download
anything, to not even being able to sign into my account. I don’t know where to go from here as I have taken every step possible to fix this. Steps I have taken are below:

Hard reset

Complete factory reset

Complete factory reset removing games as well

Received new Xbox from advanced exchange (have identical issues with this Xbox)

Brought Xbox to my parents house (better WiFi ~60mb/s)

Is there something I am missing here? Is my Xbox profile corrupted? New factory tested Xbox, fast WiFi, still unable to download games properly or start games without getting an error code regarding my saved games.

Any help here would be greatly appreciate.

When your PC is connected direct to the modem do you have to click on like a dial-up icon on your PC to connect to the Internet that has a username/password in it?

 

Have you linked your Rockstar social club account with your x box gamertag?

 

Being disconnected from Live sounds like a Xbox or your home network, are you hardlined or running wireless and what does running a network through the xBox tell you.

 

try deleting your profile, clear cache 3x, restart console, redownload profile, play the game.

if that does not work try restoring your network. check this link

I would avoid Z4Z's idea til after you checked your home network. Run the network troubleshooter from the console and make sure everything is up an running first. If your running wireless make sure its not suffering from interference or network drops.

 

I know Rockstar's been having server problems, but I agree with Foregotten1, it sounds like a network issue on your end.

Yeah there is a huge downside to deleting your Gamertag if your not able to reinstall it, it happened to me at the request of the M$ rep. =/

 

thanks for all the help I was able to play for about 4 hours before I got booted then I was able to get right back in and palyed till I went to bed thanks all again

 

Probably your NAT type is 'strict' and needs to be opened. I had the same issue a month or so back where I couldn't connect until I found out my NAT was strict.

 

I am continuously having this issue "Failed to find a compatible GTA online session" and I just got "The Independence Day Special", bought the Monster Truck and everything, which I had to get a Shark card for.....Would be nice if I could use it for longer
than 30 minutes! I'd also like to use the fireworks I bought. are the servers just bogged down or what? the server I was in was like 1/3rd full....
