i have tried everything and am still getting kicked back to the ui

i have four games --- bf4 ( disc), assassin's creed black flag ( disc), and halo spartan and the max game that came out free this month via download.

i keep getting kicked back to the UI. regardless of which game i play. i have called support on this numerous times, and have tried everything i have seen on the forums and google, including setting the console back to factory defaults, uninstalling and
reinstalling the games, deleting my profile, doing the hard shut down by holding the power button for fifteen seconds, and unplugging it from the wall, and changed my power on to energy saving.

what is the problem ? if i call ea, they blame ubisoft, if i call ubisoft they blame ea, and xbox support keeps blaming both of them. i just want to play the games i paid for on the damn system i paid for.

why is there no sticky on this ? or answers on this from microsoft ? if you google it there are thousands of people having the same problem, so why isnt xbox support acknowledging this ?

    :)

I have tried everything and still

I am continuously having this issue "Failed to find a compatible GTA online session" and I just got "The Independence Day Special", bought the Monster Truck and everything, which I had to get a Shark card for.....Would be nice if I could use it for longer
than 30 minutes! I'd also like to use the fireworks I bought. are the servers just bogged down or what? the server I was in was like 1/3rd full....

I'm there with you Legion, it is a fairly common issue. The thing is though, these same issues are more often than not cured with a simple hard reset (hold power sensor for 10 secs, let it go for 10 secs, turn back on). This clears up better than 90% of
these issues. Other than that the only thing you didn't list that I would look into is a power issue. Do you have the system plugged into a power strip or surge protector? If you do, you need to unplug it from there and plug it directly into a wall outlet,
preferably one with as little plugged into as possible. Plugging the system into a power strip or surge protector when the adaptor has it's own surge protector and has such a high power demand can cause a power draw issue that can cause the system to act
    oddly.

Short of these options there may in fact just be something wrong with your system and it may need to be swapped out or repaired. Let me know if you try these things and if they help or not.
