I have tried 5 controllers, still auto scrolling

Hey don't know if this was the right place to post, but this morning I got up and turned on Xbox one s, and my home screen scrolls all the way left, I checked my joysticks checked my bumpers, all good, I tried 5 different controllers and still scrolls
left and up and won't let me click anything, tried a hard reset, unplugged, changed batteries all that.. anyone have any idea?

Thanks for reaching out to us today in regards to this issue. Since this is something happening with multiple controllers and not just one.
We suggest (if it hasn't already been done) a reset of the console
since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset(while keeping games and apps)

Before resetting your console I do want to notify you we do have an Active Service Alert affecting users signing in to Xbox Live.
Visit our Xbox live status site
and click on "Notify me" to receive a text message once this all blows over, that way you can further troubleshoot.

Also make sure of the following:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
manual setup.

Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Hello, thank you for the response, I am on my xbox console. I can view some looking for group posts, only if they have less than about 7 tags. If a post has more than that, and I go to the "I am interested" page to further view the tags, it auto scrolls
me to the bottom of the "I am interested" page and does not let me scroll up to view the tags.

For example: If a group shows 7 tags and then says +9 at the end, I cannot view the 9 other tags as it auto scrolls me to the bottom of the page.

I have tried switching controllers, tried clicking other posts to see if it was just the one post, and I have tried scrolling up, but none of those let me view the tags.

Just tried that. Made no difference. Xbox dashboard is unusable.

Just scrolls straight to the bottom as soon as i touch the joystick. Same with multiple controllers.

Hi there,

Have you tried using a different controller?. It sounds like something on that controller is very sensitive.

Maybe I'll have to buy Oblivion too, Skyrim was my first Elder Scrolls so yeah maybe I should buy that sometime inbetween Halo 4 and Grand Theft Auto 5
