A security code is required to log in to this site. When your security

I have a account and it's password. and when i changed my phone number, i have to wait 1 month before i change my Xbox Live Privacy!!!

Fix it. I can't wait that long to play my game. i can wait maximum 1-2 hours but 1 MONTH!!!! it's like your are asking me to stop using Microsoft.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. This would not be something to "Fix" unfortunately. This is how the security feature is designed. If you have to update your security information without having access to any of your security proffs (Only knowing
the password), you get this type of lock on your account. You are stil lable to use your account to play games, you just cant do anything to adjust security and privacy settings during that time frame. The month is there to allow you to regain access to your
account just incase there was unauthorized access to your account.

For example, if someone knew your password and then used it to add their own phone number to your account. If that happened, you can login and cancel it within that month to stop the unauthorized access/takeover of your account. I hope this helps shed some
light on the situation.

I'm having the same issue although it won't let me download warzone, so i'll need to wait a month until i can play it.

I followed the instructions and waited, still the number on my years of tenure is 1. I am not talking about the profile on the forum but the gamertag or whatever it is xalled. The page where you have your bio, nickname, location, etc.

I even called support, they said that it should not be 1, and that there is a "glitch" and gave me 1 month free live. Like that fixed my problem. Like what I said, I always had gold status. And I should contact the ambassadors. Lol

The account is more the 2 years old, it should have 2 Not 1. Any solution?
