    I have to restart my Xbox one s almost every time it turns on


    Every time i turn my Xbox one s on it says i don't have an internet connection so i have to restart it almost every time i turn it on, my Wi-Fi is alright, some one else in the house has an Xbox one but it doesn't have the problem mine has.

    Xbox one restarts every time I turn it on

    every time I turn on my Xbox one, it restarts. It is a pre owned refurbished Xbox one from GameStop that I got 3 weeks ago. Since I got it, it just restarts every time I turn the Xbox on

    Xbox one restarts every time I turn it on

    When you say it "restarts" do you mean it loads up like it's coming back from a Hard Reset (loads through the long green xbox logo screen before hitting the dashboard)? If so, check the power settings and make sure it is set to "Instant On" and you have
    the option for shutting down hard drive while off unchecked.

    I have an Xbox One S. This started happening to me last week. Now every time I turn on the Xbox I have to hard restart it to get a network connection. Totally sucks. Please fix this Microsoft.
