I have to repurchase my game?

Log into your account @ account.microsoft.com > Payment & Billing and check your order history to make sure you purchased it.

If you did I would call XBox Support @ 1-800-4MY-XBOX

Make sure you are fully logged into the correct account that bought that game.

Thank you for reaching out. All your digital content is tied to your account so you don't have to repurchase any of your games. Simply head on over to your "ready to install" section and everything should be there. Hope this helps!

Having achievements for a game doesn't necessarily mean that you've purchased it on that account. You could have played it at a friends house, another family member on your console could have purchased it, you could have purchased it on another account,
etc.

You're saying you've looked at your download history,and the game is not listed there. I'm not asking you to go to the game and try to purchase it, I'm asking you to look at your download history, two very different things. If you've confirmed by looking at
your download history that it doesn't show up there then you will need to
contact phone support if you're sure that you purchased it on this account.

Please go to your Download history and check for the game there. Please remember that you can only download the game from the account you purchased it on.

You can check your download history by going to your Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History.
