    I have to reason I was incorrectly suspended.


    I was originally suspended from xbox live communication services on 3/21/17 for inappropriate communications. After my suspension ended, I have not send a single message that warranted any discriminatory/vulgar remarks to anyone. However, on 3/29, I received
    an additional suspension for the exact same reasoning. Believing this was due to something that took place prior to my original suspension, I tried to appeal. I was unsuccessful, which leads me to believe that who ever reviewed my appeal hardly looked into
    it and did not review any of my messages sent to other Xbox live members since my last suspension. After chatting with xbox live support, they did not provide me with any reasoning or more information in who I can get into contact with regarding this situation.
    If this is what I'm paying $60/yr for, I am going to cancel my live subscription altogether. I refuse to pay for lackluster services that are disorganized and cannot provide members with adequate information.

    If you were on multiplayer then there is a good chance you ended up in a modded lobby, which is why you were given a suspension.

    I have to reason I was incorrectly suspended.

    You can be suspended for infractions commited prior to your first ban. After the investigation XBLPET verifies all your online behaviour and can suspended you for prior infractions.

    The chat and phone support can't help you; if you have filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing else you can do but reflect on your behaviour and read the Code of Conduct.

    That being said the choice is yours yet I have to remind you that every live service community has rules to adhere in order to create a friendly gaming environment for all.

    That is ridiculous to punish someone after the fact, even if they have reflected on past behavior and read the Code of Conduct. I have done absolutely nothing since the last suspension that would warrant another, and to suspend me once again for something
    that happened before that is a very unethical way of enforcement. As previously stated, I see no reason why I should be paying a yearly fee for such gross incompetence of enforcing an online policy. This 'zero tolerance' approach other than a substandard appeal
    is ludicrous. Taking my money so you can block my access for the very thing I'm paying for? No one I can directly communicate with to inform them of the error made on enforcement's side? You've got to be kidding me. Never have had an issue with Live until
    now, and if this is the way you handle situations, by telling them there is nothing they can do but read a poorly written 'Code of Conduct,' I have no reason why I should be forking over any more money.
