I have to re buy Forza Horizon 4 as i dont own it anymore apparently

Got a new pc. Logged into my microsoft account. Goes to download FH4 but it says i need to buy the game. I check the version of the game i origionally bought but it still makes me buy it again. I look at other forums with people having similar issues and i check my account history and the game is gone. So im left to wonder why has this game been removed from my account????

If you already checked your order history, and the game is gone and you are certain that it was bought under the same account, I would highly recommend contacting the support through: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I found that I can't sync, get my old data back. But, I found a way to get the forza horizon 4 in my second account! In Microsoft store it says that I can play forza horizon 4,or buy to my own. Does this mean that I have to buy the game? I think no.

when i open my purchase history it says that i have purchased forza horizon 4 ultimate edition but when i try to go into the store it says i dont own the game

i have tried everything in the replies but none of them worked

Are you sure you're on the account that purchased it and are not sharing the game from another account? Check this page to see if you have the purchase of the game on your account purchase history:
