I have to pay for DLC I own

I wanted to replay Oblivion now that it’s on Game Pass. I owned it on 360 way back when and had both major expansions as well as most of the mini add-ons (yes, even Horse Armour). Now, when I go to redownload them, it’s saying I don’t own Knights of the Nine or The Shivering Isles. I’ve tried looking through my purchase history to see if maybe I’d bought them on a different account, but I can’t go further than February 2011. Does anyone one have a potential fix, or a way for me to search for purchases pre-2011? Thanks.

I believe Stuart is correct and you may have purchased the Xbox One version for the reason he mentioned. Here is the 360 version listed on the 360 marketplace:

The only reason that it would show that you need to pay for it again is that you are signed in with a different account then you were signed in with on the app when you paid for it.
