    Have to hard restart Xbox One every time I want to play a game.

    Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this and see if it makes a difference.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    As everything states on the marketplace, there are no refunds. You can try posting your issues on the beta forum to see if anyone can help you out there.

    You can try contacting support for a refund, but there is no guarantee they will give you one - 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    I don't agree, I was told that they would fix my issued by refunding, thanks to the beta program I can't download, and I was told by support that I would get my refund, please do provide the link to the beta forum if available.
