I have to download fifa again why

just got back on box was playing fifa 17 until this morning couldn't get on due to up grade or maintained so waited until 730pm trying to play it only for my box to say I have to download it again why I don't know plus it's taking contracts of players again
even tho I'm not playing game not cool

Purchase doubled Fifa 16

Hi,

I bought Yesterday Fifa 16 in black Friday. But today, it apeared to buy again, not the download icon. So I have 2 payments for Fifa 16.

as soon as I want to download Fifa 18 demo the servers are down if you cannot cope with the download why have it in the store

I paid for FIFA 15 & COD Advanced Warfare on xbox 360 off the market place and i was able to download them for free on xbox one but i also paid for Trials Fusion and i cant download it without paying for it again, why??????

Andy I have this same problem here try run fifa today and got error message that" 2% can't be run" so i uninstall fifa and now i can't download game again

but still lite hope becouse fifa is missing in store so we must wait when it be available again

Thank you so much for that. We will be performing steps to fix and prevent this from happening again.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
