Xbox live being charged on old account.

I am being charged on my old account which i stopped using. I want to cancel it but i forgot everything, from the email to the password. Can anyone please help me? Or do i have to call xbox?

Can't download Assassin's creed 2

I have XBL gold, and assassin's creed 2 is now available for free to gold members. However, when I begin to download the game, it gets to 8% and then crashes and cancels. It did the same with fable 3, but got to 18% and stopped. Please help, extremely
frustrating.

log into your Microsoft account via this link
https://account.microsoft.com/services and at the top of the page under the header you should see all of your current subscription, including your current Xbox Live Gold membership. Simply click cancel under the auto renew option and you're done! Good

Hi! Taken from the support page for cancelling your Xbox LIVE Membership;

"To cancel your membership immediately, please
contact Xbox Support. If you cancel immediately, you lose access to the service for the remainder of your paid subscription period."

Basically if you do this you will immediately stop being a Gold member, and if you have time left of your membership it will be cancelled.
