I have three suspension which say permanent how can I ask for help

Changed my picture to one of my mates faces edited over a fat guy in Speedos as a joke now I've got thee reports instead of just one making it a permanent ban and I've got wrongly bans which I didn't even know happened from last year what should I do

Unfortunately Xbox support cannot help you remove a sanction, as they do not have access to the Enforcement system, the Enforcement team cannot be contacted and the only way to appeal your sanction is through the following website

Keep in mind that not all sanctions are appealable, it is necessary to log in to the website to identify if the system allows you to submit an appeal.

Permanently deleted or permanently banned?

There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.

Since it's an ongoing issue with the enforcement services, we would have to wait for it to be normalized. But I can say for sure that this permanent suspension is not actually permanent, it's actually a shorter suspension. Use any option on the support that can offer a live chat and ask them about your suspension, I have had same issue and been told mine ends on the 19th despite it saying it’s permanent

What did the email say your account was permanently suspended for?

Have you checked the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com to see how long the suspension was for to make sure that it was a permanent suspension?
