    whenever I try to play an online game that requires gold a screen comes up saying that I need gold but I already have Xbox live gold, anyway, when I click to buy more gold the purchase screen comes up for a split second until a screen saying "bring your
    Xbox subscription up to date" and "your subscription is past due, check Microsoft online to fix this" and when I do check this website it says that my subscription is fine- all up to date and that I do have Xbox live gold. When I check it on my Xbox it says
    that everything is fine and you have Xbox live gold so I tried playing an online game again and the same screen popped up. It is a continuous loop that I have done everything I can think of to fix it . I have reset my Xbox, unplug it and the modem for over
    a minute, cancel the Xbox live subscription and more. at this point I'm ready to ditch my controller at the wall.

    I pay for Gold but dont have it

    Hi,

    I recently renew my 1 years membership for Xbox LIVE Gold and I can play online whitout any problems, but I can't download free game and have acces to Gold weekly sale. This is very weird. My account is shared whit someone and he don't have this problem
    and pay for his own Gold.

    I'm having this same issue. It seem like i can't host any games in halo 4 online muitlplayer. Which is really weird because i have a gold membership and I'm pretty sure my internet connection is fine.

    Thanks for your suggestion, unfortunately, I already tried that, as Microsoft call center told me to do.

    What's weird is that they could not be able to fix anything, even if I spent an hour on phone trying to debugging this thing !

    My main problem is that I can't access to GTA Online. I can't even launch this part of the game, as I'm told that my Xbox Live account does not have the rights required to access it. So I've been told by Microsoft to call Rockstar, but guess what, they could
    not answer anything about that neither.

    So I'm really believing something's not right with Microsoft.

    I see that there are issues concerning the Xbox Live services and access to data and saved games on cloud storage. Could my problem be solved when this alert will be done ?
