i have the Xbox one s and Xbox one x

i have got both the Xbox one s and Xbox one x but i cant claim the point when i click on the Xbox one x it takes me to the store and says its unable to load and it does it with the Xbox one s is well and i don't know what to do or how to claim my points
if you want proof i can put the code under my Xbox.

Teraflop Comparison:- Xbox One S and Xbox One X

Hey ambs! I have been wondering how big a difference the teraflop gap between Xbox One S and Xbox One X will have on gameplay.

The Xbox one S has 1.23 tflops where as One X has 6.1 tflops. Other than fully rendering gamplay in 4K and HDR with 60fps capability, will there be any added advantage?

How will the One S keep up when game developers begin to shift their focus from One S to One X?

Did you buy the consoles during the current promotional period? If not, it's unlikely the points will be retroactively added for purchases made before the promotion existed, unfortunately.
