I have the Vanilla cape on Java, but not on Bedrock

Hi, today I wanted to play Minecraft bedrock edition with some friends and felt like changing my skin. I love the vanilla cape and wear it on almost every skin I use, at least on java. While changing my skin on bedrock, I couldn't help myself but notice that the vanilla cape is missing. I thought it was Java only but it turns out I'm supposed to own it on both versions. How can I fix this? I own both versions on PC and since I got the vanilla on java I guess there was simply a mistake when handing the capes out.
I don't know if a screenshot would help but I'll post 2 anyways..

I didn't really try anything since I'm not sure it's hardware related, did try logging in and out of bedrock though but to no avail.

Sadly you can't receive the vanilla cape if you have one version on one account and the other on a different account

Are you trying to know if you can play Vanilla Capes on Bedrock edition in PC?

If that is right, yes, you could play Vanilla Capes on Bedrock edition if you owned both Java Edition and Bedrock Edition on the same Microsoft account prior to June 6, 202212. However, Game Pass and Family Group ownerships are not eligible for the cape. You can equip or unequip certain capes for your skin via the character creator.
