    Hey, Cottage!

    Sorry to see that you're running into any issues with Jigsaw. We're actively looking into this, and want to make sure you try some steps first, starting with uninstalling and reinstalling.

    - To uninstall programs, to go Settings.

    - On the Start menu select Settings.

    - Select System > Apps & features.

    - Select the program, and then select Uninstall. Some apps built in to Windows can't be uninstalled.

    - Follow the directions on the screen.

    - Within the Windows Store, search 'Microsoft Jigsaw' to install the game back on to your PC.

    If that doesn't help you out, then the teams looking into this would like a DxDiag from your computer. You can get that by following the below steps:

    - Hit the Windows Key on your keyboard, or click in the Search box on your task bar

    - Type 'dxdiag' (without the apostrophes) and hit enter

    - Click "Save all information" once it's completed gathering everything (there is a progress bar on the bottom left you will see)

    - Save it to a location you will quickly remember, titled with your Gamertag and DxDiag (the name should look like DxDiag if it were my text file)

    - Upload the text file to a file sharing site of your choice (we suggest using OneDrive)

    - Post back with the link to the text file

    We will pass this information on to the investigating teams to dig into further. Thanks again for your patience and assistance with pinpointing this!

    i have the same problems

    Bit of a wild guess, but as Minecraft is your last played I'm assuming your trying to play local co-op but can't?

    If so, you need to have your 360 console connected to a HDtv (either through HDMI cables or a HD cable) and the TV has to be set on 720p or higher otherwise Co-op won't work I'm afraid.

    Hopefully I guessed your question right, if I was wrong, let us know here and we will try to help.
