Discus and support I have the same broblem too in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Same thing happened to my brothers account, it disappeared.     Same thing happened to my brothers account, it disappeared. I had recently deleted some useless accounts that I had made for fun and I started freaking out that I had accidentally deleted his account when I wanted to play Skyrim a week later (I play Skyrim
    on his account). I then remembered that I had played on his account AFTER I deleted those useless accounts. I felt better because I thought it was some sort of glitch, turns out it is completely normal for that to happen, even though it is not very common.
    I’m so glad I found this website! Now my brother won’t get angry at me! I have the same broblem too :)

    Problem with signing in.

    I've update my console before everything happen. Then i try to undo last update and download it once more.

    Well, this is someone else. And I was watching netflix yesterday at night and all of a sudden you have disconnected from xbox live. Now I can't get back in live. But the computers and stuff work. The xbox can connect to Internet and Network fine but not
    xbox live.
