I have the reputation needs work because someone got all of his friends to report me!

So I was playing a game a week ago and this guy told me I was bad and was calling me names and harassing me.So then he started to swear at me and continued to call me "trash and garbage" so I told him I was going to report him for harassment because someone
on support told me that if I'm dealing with bad behavior to block and report.Then he told me that he was going to get all of his friends and the players in our lobby to report me for trolling and I wasn't.So now a week later I now have the reputation needs
work for no reason so if anyone can help please let me know I still have his gamertag and I reported the message.Have a great day.

I have a question about reputation, flawed report system.

Does anyone know if reputation will go away after time if you don't play because I have the reputation needs work because someone got all of his friends to report me for no reason.Have a great day.

Reputation System and Abusing It

The reputation system on Xbox Live is good an all, however it does have some flaws and people abuse it and threaten others. I have been playing Black Ops 3 recently trying to complete a shotgun challenge so I used a gun that is notoriously known to OP, I
got a message saying reported, however this person threatened to get me banned by reporting me and making multiple accounts to report me and getting his friends to report me. I am now on "Reputation: Needs Work" which if they carry on I will have "Reputation: Avoid
Me", which apparently doesn't let you play a lot of multiplayer games. I have also heard Microsoft are not willing to even take into account of what has happened, I think this shouldn't be what the Reputation system is, if someone is being horrible to someone
like a man saying swear words and stuff to a little kid then yeah that is bad but not using a "OP" gun in a multiplayer game.

It is best never to respond to a user that is violating the Code of Conduct. Just as recommended Report and block them. Not threaten to report them... just do it.

Enforcement will deal with them appropriately.

At the moment, there is unfortunately nothing much you can do other that improve your reputation by playing online games.

If you're having trouble finding games, try playing Battlefield or World of Tanks.

No. Though your reputation score can be impacted after accumulating legitimate negative feedback, spamming someone with unwarranted or baseless complaints (even from a large number of players) will not unfairly result in a lower reputation.

Indeed, only valid complaints/reputation reports count. If all members of the team report for team killing, then those are all valid, but any other friends reporting won't as they haven't played with the gamer.

False complaints can lead to the false complainer being given a suspension instead.

I am having an issue with my reputation aswell, about a week ago someone and their friends were sending me spam messages, and now I have red reputation because they all reported me as a "Cheater", which to me is ridiculous, because i have a xbox one standard
console not modified in any way shape or form, I have a xbox one standard controller that came with the console. The feedback system needs to change in the future, because tons of people are going through the same thing i am.
