I have the preview dashboard on my xbox but it says this console has already been registerd to ...

Ok so now ive been told that there should be an early access button on the forums menu on this site but i dont see it im 100% sure im in the program as it says in my account settings this console is registerd for preview updates anyone have this problem

Hi yes I downloaded the Xbox preview dashboard. And on the announcement page its says I must check back within 72 hours for my console to have taken the proper update. But it has been longer than 72 hours now

my Console is Registerd But i haven't gotten my Dashboard or received anything is there anything you can do to fix this so i get them?

You mentioned that the Xbox #1 is part of Preview Program, is the new Xbox Dashboard update downloaded on that certain console? If yes, you may need to post this issue you're having on the Preview Forums to check if a fix has already been found. If not,
it would be best to look into either resetting the console to factory defaults or having the console replaced if it's still under warranty.

Thanks for the help. I received the invite message for the preview dashboard app today and installed it.

But all I get is a message saying "Info: Sorry, this console has already been registered to a different account" confirming what's been said above, but leaving me stuck as for what to do next.

Also, I still can't access the preview forums, I guess most likely because I can't register the console using my account?
