Discus and support I have the presequal to Borderlands but can't play it game says it has been purchased on... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; The game wont load eventhough it says it has been purchased from store.     The game wont load eventhough it says it has been purchased from store. Please help give me the game that has been paid for.

    try restarting your router by switching it off and unplugging the power for 10 minutes.

    then Power Cycle your Xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it completely shuts down then unplug the power for 10 minutes.

    turn your router on first and wait for all the lights to go green before turning on the Xbox

    what happens when you try to start the game?

    at what point after clicking on it does it fail?
    Right after the launch initialization.
