I clicked the link and nothing worked, I clicked on the game, went to manage games and add-ons, clicked select all, clicked save changes and nothing still worked.

Got it. Kindly go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then go to Profile & System> Settings > System > Updates. Make sure the option for Keep my games & apps up to date is enabled. Try to launch the game again. If it's still not showing up in the game, I suggest you check with the game support so they can sync it on their end as advised here:https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/.... It's important to note that in order to be able to play any online games on an Xbox console, you must have a subscription to Game Pass Core (previously known as Xbox Live Gold) or Game Pass Ultimate (which includes Core). The game edition you purchased does include GTA Online, but it's necessary to have one of the subscriptions I mentioned before.
